It must be active, unlocked and registered for more than 60 days. Inactive domains and those being deleted or in redemption are not eligible.
Obtain the code from the losing registrar and provide it to GlobalR, the gaining registrar, to start the request.
Both the losing registrar and administrative contact must approve. A refusal from either party causes the transfer to be denied.
No response from the losing registrar within one week counts as approval. No response from the administrative contact within the same week results in refusal.
A new request is refused if the domain was registered, transferred or refused a transfer less than two months ago.
When the process ends by approval, refusal or timeout, all three parties are notified by email.
